Account deletion

Delete the account, not just the login.

4est is designed so account deletion can be initiated inside the iOS app, in line with Apple’s requirement for apps that support account creation.

Start in 4est

Use the account settings in the released app and choose the account-deletion action. If the exact label changes before release, this page will be updated to match it.

What is deleted

The cloud account, private backed-up photos and user-linked synced history — including Findings and associated location metadata — are deleted. Only data that must be retained by law, or genuinely anonymized data that can no longer be linked to you, may remain.

Cannot access the app?

Contact support. This is an exception path, not a replacement for the in-app deletion control.
